Introduction
In a bold move to expand its operations and meet the growing infrastructure needs of East Africa, ISM Africa has established a new fabrication facility in Tanzania; SMC. This strategic development aims at enhancing service delivery in Tanzania as well as throughout central and southern east African countries. The SMC facility not only enables ISM Africa to better support its regional clients, but it also ensures full compliance with local standards and content requirements, strengthening its commitment to sustainable, locally driven growth.
Building on its reputation as a leader in modular building solutions, ISM Africa brings its extensive experience to Tanzania from Kenya, and already has four major projects in progress that demonstrate its broad capabilities;

1. A Padel Facility in Tanzania
One of our flagship projects is the development of a state-of-the-art padel facility in Tanzania. The padel facility aims to promote this fast-growing sport within the community and encourage healthy lifestyles by providing a space for both recreational play and competitive tournaments. This also helps foster community engagement through sports.
2. Kitchens and Restaurants for Petrol Stations
ISM Africa is introducing modular kitchen solutions across Tanzania in response to the increasing need for modern and efficient kitchen facilities at petrol stations. With their quick installation, dependability, and efficiency, these prefabricated kitchens enable petrol stations to provide outstanding food services with minimal disruption.

3. Housing Development in Dar Es Salaam
ISM Africa is playing a key role in a housing development project in Dar Es Salaam, one of the fastest-growing cities in East Africa. The project uses modular building methods, which lower costs, quicken delivery, and maintain superior standards, to meet the city’s pressing need for high-quality, affordable housing.
4. Remote Mine Infrastructure

One of ISM Africa’s key strengths is its ability to deliver essential infrastructure in challenging, remote environments. The company is currently working with one of Tanzania’s remote mining operations, supplying critical infrastructure to support the site’s operation and development.
With the launch of SMC, ISM Africa looks forward to promoting regional growth and collaboration.
